Hi. I'm a single mom of a beautiful little girl.. She is 14 months old.. My question is.. Can her alleged father take full custody from me? Hes never met her, contacted me about her until yesterday.. threatening me about fighting for full custody of her.. Hes never paid a penny for her and we live in California and he lives in Colorado.. Can he win?

I am not a lawyer but unless he can show that you are somehow unfit to be a mother or unable to provide an adequate home to this child I don't think he can win full custody from you.
He could potently win visitation rights or partial custody.

Let him threaten you all he wants but meanwhile you take him for child support because he has a fiancial obligation to his child and he might be wanting custody so that doesn't to pay child support.
Don't worry about his threats because he is just throwing out hot air. If anything he might get supervise visits at first since he doesn't have any type of relationship with this child. Us mothers have to with so much.
