I really need help from someone. I have had sore and tender breats for the past week, had light stomach cramps last week. Am very tired all the time. I thought I was pregnant then yesterday I have really BAD stomach cramps and lots of bright red bleeding. I decided to take a pregnancy test and it came out negative. Is there any chance that I might be pregnant. My breats are still sore and tender and this is the second day of bleeding with blood clots.

If you have bright red bleeding, you're probably just getting your period. The fatigue could just be your body trying to keep up while you're menstruating. What makes you think you're pregnant?
