Hello Sir/Madam

This is Vipul .I have applied for work permit to canada and I was asked to do remedical for my abnormal CXR .I did it .after 2 month my DMP took another CXR and it shows improvement after taking 2 months of anti-tb medication but my AFB smear and culture reports came NEGATIVE,so do you think Sir they will put me under medical Surveillance or any thing else.
It clearly state that I am not contageous.

Hi, this is a bit too specific of a case. This would really be a case to be decided by a medical doctor working for Canadian Immigration and not an immigration agent directly.

Discuss this matter with your doctor, you may ask him/her if this is OK to file a waiver, if waiver can be done, then contact your attorney.
