Hey this is my first question ever!

I am not sure when it came out but I know it's not a REALLY old movie but it's not new either? I hope that makes sense.

These people (I think they were all just friends but maybe a two were a couple,) got caught speeding in a very small, nothing going on place and had to go to a big house that was like a courthouse? But people lived there... Anyway. They were all mad about it and they met with the "judge" and he was going to let them off I think but they ticked him off and was going to make them stay at that creepy house for a couple nights maybe? And meanwhile around the same time some sort of band was in "court" and they started singing this song and some of the lyrics were "All around the world...." And they were dancing and it sounded really cool! Annd there was a really ugly creepy guy that lived in the house! And I am pretty sure some of the passengers that was in that car ended up dying in the house when they were trying to escape? And there was like a lot of broken down cars and stuff in the yard and I think maybe there were two ugly twin creatures outside burning stuff? Haha Oh wow.

Sorry I am not very good at getting to the point! But it was such an odd movie I would love to watch it again! Haha If anyone wants to try to answer or has any clue what I am talking about then awesome! If not then sorry.. haha. =). :o

Nothing But Trouble circa 1991. The band in question was Digital Underground (w/ a young and then unknown Tupac Shakur) if my memory serves me correctly.

Haha Looking at the IMDb of that movie now, it cracks me up. I totally forgot that Chevy Chase was in it! Such an odd movie though. And I always loved that song that they played. Thank you again for answering it. =).

The band was digital underground and tupac shakur was one of the musicians. It's pretty easy to pick him out :)
