Is it true that your more fertile after stopping birth control?

Stands to reason since with several types of birth control you are inhibiting ovulation and now, once you have stopped, your body can do what it was designed to do. So you are going from a nonfertile state to a fertile state... but not necessarily more fertile than you would be without having been on the birth control.

Sometimes too, birth control pills, for example, maybe used to help regulate a woman's cycle... once regulated, there tends to be a higher chance she will be ovulating on a more regular basis, so that will naturally increase the odds.
