Well, a couple weeks ago me and my mom started noticing black spots on our floor, we mopped the floor and scrubbed it but unfortunately it wouldn't come off. A few days ago we ripped out our dishwasher and found out it had been leaking... and all those black marks indicate mold growing under our floor.:eek: So luckily our insurance is going to cover it but we will have to leave the house for a couple weeks. Were going to go to my grandmothers, so what should I bring with me for Rex and how can I help him get settled in... Its going to be a lot to move I have to bring my cat my two fish and of course Rex... Luckily her house isn't that far away!

If she's crated trained then definitely bring her crate, her bed, her bowls, her toys, and of course her food. A good way to get a dog adjusted to a new home is to give her an old T-shirt of yours that hasn't been washed. Your scent will make her feel more comfortable. Even though you'll be there with her it may help make her less anxious.

Just give her lots of reassurance, lots of love, and plenty of hugs and rubs. :)
