I am filling out the application for the NCLEX boards for RN and I have underage convictions to include. I was trying to get an idea of what to write in the "Comments you wish to make regarding your conviction or pending charges."

If the convictions were before you were 18, assuming you are now over 18, those convictions should be sealed. Therefore, there would be no reason to even list them as you most likely given a clean slate on your 18th birthday.

I was 20 and now 23 on the 24th, so I have to include the info. but I don't know what to put for comments to make it look good on the application.

Okay, so they are not underage convictions.

I guess it all depends on what the convictions were. Where I went to school we were not allowed entry to school with convictions, a background check was run before we started school.

It also may matter what state you are in.

Regardless of the convictions or the age you were when they occurred, my suggestion to you is to be honest. If you are found to have withheld information later, it may cost you your license. Honesty is always the best policy here, butthere is no need to elaborate on the convictions unless requested.
