I'am a gay male.iwent out one evending where my lover of 19 years bar tended,got very drunk to the point of blacking out. I passed out on the patio ,bus boy carried me to me lovers car and then my lover droved me home got me in the house,then he left to go back to work also his mother was visiting us from Delaware.she and I went to the bar together.so he had to pick her up as well.between the time he droped me off at the house and came back with his mother, I had gone out side and fell off my front step into a small fish pond that was nothing more than a plastic container surrounded with bricks stacked around it.I scrapen my leg really bad and must of fell into patio table and cut my forehead just above my eye ,this whole time I am still blacked out I still really don't remember,any of this,I must of paniced whed I say all the blood and ran down the street to my landlord house then she called the abulance.now this is where every thing goes wrong .when asked what happen I told them that joey did this to me stilled ,I really don't know what all I told them or why I told them what I did.all I can remember is waking up in hospitial and being released,not living in area very long,I didn't even know what hospital I was at or why.I had 6 stitches above my eye,so I called a cab and heading home,when I arrived the first thing I say was the little fish pond was all toppled over,I go into the house and joey say,where in the world have you been,he says,I've called everyone looking for you.he say he drove up and down the streets worried to death.then he says oh my god what happen to your eye at this time I didn't really know what had happen.so I told him that I must of fell into the pond and hit my head on patio table while blacked out.so we lay down together and go to sleep.the next day I am trying to put everything togethr but can't remember anything,I've been blacked out before from drinking too much but never to the point where I couldn't remember anything.so all we could come up with that made sense was falling into the pond and hitting my head.joeys mother being a nurse looked at my injureys and fixed me all up.it was also christmas 22 dec.so I got all better and that's what it was.well... 6 months later the police knock on the door and ask for joey told us why he was being arrested .we were shocked. They took him to jail and I bonded him out for 1,500 we then went to 3 or 4 court dates which were all contiued.slowly we fall behind on our rent and couldn't seem to get caught up so we moved out of our house to stay with a friend.anyway we missed a court date and they picked joey up and set 200,thousand dollar bail,joey has been in jail for 4 weeks now waiting for plea hearing the public defenders office and da. Offered him a deal of 4 months in jail and like 3years probation .next court that is the 23rd of jan.please tell me what can I do to clear this mess up.we are married now and been together for 20 years march4 thank you kenny
