I should have started my period jan 10 and I didn't,which I'm never later than the day I think I should start. So the next day I took a test and it was negative. I haven't been really tired or feel sick and my boobs don't hurt BUT when I was pregnant with my daughter I NEVER had any of those symptoms either. This morning I "started" my period but after 8 hours of having a tampon in it was maybe half used and I usually use 2 tampons a day so its definitely lighter than usual. I'm so confused because when I was pregnant with my daughter I KNEW I was pregnant before realizing my period was late and I don't have that feeling that I am,but also every pregnancy is different,So that being said is it possible I could be pregnant? :confused:

Some women still spot and also still have periods during their pregnancies. Only sure fire way of knowing is to see a doctor. Give it another week and try another at home test.

OK thanks for your input. I don't know if its because I want to be pregnant but for some reason in the back of my mind I want to say that I am. There's been a few times I thought I could be but as soon as my period came it was like oh well its not meant to be but this time something just doesn't feel right about this period. Its def more than spotting but def not as heavy as I usually am and I ALWAYS have cramps so bad that my doc gives me pain pills but I just have this funny feeling in my tummy... so confused!

So my period only lasted a day and a half,the norm is 4-5 days...

Have you taken another test using first morning urine?

While I certainly hope you are pregnant, there can be many reasons for a shorter lighter period or even a missed period. Stress, weight gain or loss, change in diet, new medications are just a few reasons. Sometimes there is no rhyme or reason why our period has changed for the month.

No I haven't taken another test yet. None of those reasons apply to me everything nothing has changed

Am I pregnant am 5days late, have done to test and they say no. bt I feel sick and different smells make me sick. And am eating food I normal wouldn't.
