How can I get my W2 from a previous employer? Is there any way to do this online?



It will be mailed to at the end of the month, by Law. No, they are not available on line anywhere I know.

Many firms place them online now, the company you worked for will mail you or give you a web site and a passcode to view and print it.

You still have to wait for the company you worked for to do the paper work.
