My husband and I bought our first home last Dec. 2007. We have found out that he has pantratic cancer this Dec the 18th 2008. If he passes away there is no way I can make the montly payments on what I make,I don't even make 10 dollars a hour. How do I go about giving the house back to the bank?. Any help in this matter will be apprecaited.
