My Knemore elite model number 110.20092993 will not agitate or drain. If you select drain and spin and then press select the time remaining indicator displays 9 minutes, shortly you hear a selonoid pick up but the unit will not spin. If you push cancel you will hear the selonoid relese and all indicators go out. Any help would be appreciated.

BENNOTH - #1 there are 2 soleniods on the motor -ONE FOR AGITATE AND ONE FOR SPIN DRAIN< IF ONE of thjem is defective then both have to be replaced at the swame time.:: #2- Check the lid switch for adjustment and or broken or defective:: #3- Check drains for good flow, :: On the first two you will need a VOLT OHM Meter to check them , ON THE SWITCH - SET the meter to RX1 scale ( UNPLUG THE POWER CORD) CLIP PROBS FROM METER TO THE TERMINALS <IF THE METER READS ( ZERO ) IT IS GOOD IF A HIGH READING IT IS DEFECTIVE <REPLACE
TO TEST THE SOLENIODS _ SET THE METER TO RX100, DISCONNECT A LEAD FROM THE PART AND CLIP NTHE PROBS FROM THE METER TO THE TERMINALS < IF THE READING ON THE NETER IS 250 to 1000 OHMS SOLENIOD IS GOOD ::IF THE READING IS HIGH IT IS DEFECTIVE ::REPLACE : IF YOU HAVE ONE THAT IS BAD <YOU HAVE TO REPLACE BOTH
