I have a Toy Poodle, he is 2months, when I first got him, I mistakenly let him eat hard food, I didn't know I had to soften it with hot water, however he ate the food quickly & completely, from that time on, he has not eaten right.. The next day I softened the food, he would not touch it, even this morning I had to make him eat at least one from my hand... I am not sure of what to do from here...

It is not necessary for you to soften the food at 8 weeks. Try going back to dry kibble, maybe he prefers it that way - which would be a good thing. As long as he is drinking water and eliminating (both), I wouldn't get too concerned, of course I am assuming it has only been a couple of days. Puppies can go through an adjustment in a new home and not eating for a couple days is common. Hand feeding is a good idea, (right now). Play games with the food. Throw a piece and see if he'll chase it. I am guessing you are planning a vet visit soon since you just got him. If stools are not normal or non-existent, you might want to go tomorrow.
