What is the correct term or adjective that sounds like "baybile" hypertension?

The closest I can come to answer your question is 'labial', but hypertension is hypertension no matter what is put in front of the word. It is high blood pressure. Hypertension just does not occur in a particular part of the anatomy.

Labile hypertension. It means it can easily change.

It is labile HTN.
A condition in which the arterial blood pressure is sometimes within the normotensive range and sometimes within the hypertensive range.

Yes, that makes sense. Labile also means unstable which hypertension can be at times in certain indvididuals with different medical problems and on many medications.
