Good morning! I was being sued by a credit card company and I denied the debt and request production of records within 30 days. After no response for over 30 days I received a letter from plaintiff for continuance. Now after 4 months later I receive a letter from the court for a bench trial talking about conflicts, continiaunce and dismissal. I do not know what this mean. I need some clarification.

It sounds to me like the credit card company is having a hard time. Either a)they don't have the documents they need or b)they're out of statute of limitations, which means they can't legally sue you for a dime.
If they don't provide the documentation that the court is requesting, then it will be dismissed. I would attend the hearing, just to be safe.

Attend hearing and request dismissal with prejudice, since they cannot validicate their claim.
