I thought in buying a car yesterday and I signed the contract yesterday (I didn't take the car home because the loan wasn't approved until today) however, today I changed my mind and cancel the loan because I thought it was too much money. The dealer people got upset and told me that they would keep my trade in (which I'm still paying) if I didn't wanted to take the truck. I told them I simply cancel the contract with the bank over the phone because I wasn't interested. Can they force me to take the truck?
