Hi I am intersted in getting emancipated.I will be 17 and have my G.E.D. I will also be enrolled in community college.I have kept a steady job for a year.I pay for all my own stuff including car insurance,food,Gas,etc. I do have my license and have my cousin who is 18 and my boyfriend who is 18 set up to share rent on a apartment.I am not happy at home.My parents mood swings and pressure is too much for me to be happy any longer.I would appriciate any advice I can get! Do you think if I tried,I could be granted by the court??

Well first likely mood swings is not grounds for it.

But you will also have to make enough money for rent, not share in most cases.
