How do I introduce my toileteries supplying company to prospective clients?

Normally, this would be done by writing a letter and maybe also providing some kind of brochure about what you provide to customers.

Is your company going to be operating just locally, or is this going to be a company where you'll be wanting to get customers from far away places? Also, what sort of toiletries will you be selling, please?
