I have been on probation for 12 months and have not completed 14 weeks of my anger management classes and I haven't paid 1,084.00 of my fine. I have a warrant for my arrest, what will happen when I go before the judge?

Short of an excuse of being abducted by aliens you will have to explain to the judge why you did not attend your classes and why you did not pay the fines. If you had 12 months to complete this I doubt the judge will be lienient on you and let you continue with your probation. Should the judge continue your probation you HAVE to attend the classes (no excuses this time) and have to pay the fines in full or next time will be jail time.
