13 year old boy for first time complains about lump on ear lobe -lump can be felt it is soemwhat hard=he says that it pains at times and bhas been like that for 2 years
is this an infection or cancer
what medical speciality can treat this
child is otherwise in very good health

I think if it were to cancer he would have other symptoms but I ain't a doctor, I would take him to a doctor asap.
