I got in trouble when I was 15yrs old and I was tried as an adult but scenteced as a juvenile. Why is the stuff coming up on my adult record. With my juvenile record open to the public Its really hard for me to get a job and go to school. I wanted to go into nursing but I cannot because of the stuff from my juvie record showing up on my adult record. What field of study can I go into that will make decent if not excellent money? And to get into the actual program at school not do a background check?

Your error here is saying it is a juv record, since you were tried as a adult, it is a adult record.

What do you want to do, what type of skills do you have.

Hi, Jessrowe!

If you would like to get into something in the health care field, it may be possible and also to go to school to do that. In the state that I live in, there is a waiver program for people to apply for after a certain length of time after their convictions to enter certain occupations in the health care field. There are also a number of criteria that need to be met, though.

Perhaps there might be a similar program available where you will be wanting to go to school and also work? To find out, I would suggest contacting the government where you'll be wanting to go to school and also work.

Thanks!
