I am trying to find the title and author of a specific poem but I only know 1 line from the poem. I believe it goes like this, "this is the spring of my content". Contemnt may not be the right word, it may be existence. Please help!

That sounds like the first line of Shakespeare's "Richard III", "Now is the winter of our discontent..."

I need to know what kind of poem this is and where did it come from.

-"Look how high The bluebird flies" Yeah, I've heard that line before Tell me more Be brilliant Be resilient Like you always are Tell me more If you've got something to tell Well, lookit here Could something real Be sitting behind your eyes? More lies More nonsense Keeping up the pretense Of being someone Worthwhile Don't smile Its not funny You're not stunning anyone With that spurious smile Could you be honest Or are you too far gone With your verbose luggage And one foot out the door? Tell me more Of what you know Tell me more Of what you don't

Song Lyrics (a type of poem! )

The Spring of My Content by Flip Frisch:

It's the spring of my content - that's what I meant
And what a gift this hour is
I'd like to spend it all in one place, yes

Have my cake and eat it too, ice cream on the side
Oh sweet surprise, you feed my mind
But shall we have our dessert first? Yes
