I'm having trouble with my well and I know nothing about them! Sometimes I have water when I turn on faucet and sometimes I do not. Sometimes water will be on when I turn on faucet and then go off. When the water is running it is like I can hear the pressure in the pipes fluctuating (going up & down). The pressure switch was replaced like 3 years ago and is buried under ground (as is the holding tank). Can someone please give me an idea of what needs to be done and roughly what it should cost? Thanks...

More details please. Type of pump. Depth of well? Age of pump. When the water goes off do you lose prime? Back to you, Tom
