I am having trouble getting past the login screen for turbotax.com. I log in and it says, "we are creating a secure connection" and it just stays there, as if its stuck? Is it my computer or is the website creating this problem (I happened on both my desktop and laptop computer)

The site is getting overwhelmed with requests. I had the same thing happen last year. Try in the middle of the night and see if the same thing happens.

Must be your connection. I just got on Turbotax and fooled around a few minutes ago. I have a DSL connection and it took less than 30 seconds for the secured connection to do its thing. It worked just fine and dandy for me.

I went to use my moms computer. I got past the login screen, then it took a while to load my personal info. I guess Its my connection at home, or the personal settings on my PC.

It gets stuck every time I go to a new page, then I have to go back and log in again.

It's the computer not Turbotax.
