I am going through credentialing with managed care. I know that my school was closed about 3-4 years ago. Where was this school located, was it an accredited school and if so with what group

Was located in Santa Ana, California. Accredited only by Private School... something. They were going to be accredited school, but didn't have enough funds. That was the reason they closed.
