They will ask him questions similar to, if he likes to be with people or if he would rather be alone, if he likes to make things organized or if he doesn't care about how messy they are, if he likes to collect things, if he likes to read or not, does he have a good memory or not, if he likes noisy parades or would rather be in a quiet place, if he remembers things or dates that other people forget, if he drives a car or not, if he likes go to parties or not. They will also watch his facial expressions, body language, eye contact.
There are no wrong answers. Nothing to be scared of -- totally painless and maybe even fun! He should act and talk just like he always does.
I have an autistic 38 y/o son. He learns differently from me and has skills and abilities I wish I had.
