My TomTom was stolen in November and someone mentioned that I could possibly track its location. Is this possible?

Well, if you happened to have it set for buddy lists... you can. Otherwise no.

Buddy list allows on some models to share your location with other tomtom's. Then you could just use another tomtom and send the message - and find out where yours is. Im guessing you probably didn't have this on.

Portable GPS units are the highest stolen item out of cars now. Its too easy to just pop the window and grab it and go. Since its an all in one unit. I recommend stowing it away when u leave the car.

I think so here's a websites that I found:
FireTom - Track Your TomTom GPS On Internet (http://www.tomtomfireeagle.com/)

Good luck with finding it!

While that is a great find, I would suspect that if the OP had already installed it he wouldn't have asked this question so its probably too late.

To the OP, you might want to contact TomTom, they may have a way to track it.

Well, that works. But only if you have already installed it on the tomtom.
