I love having parties with my friends and fiancé.

A friend recommended starting to theme them so they don't become borying. I am just not the type to throw themed parties but I will give it a shot.

Have you thought about perhaps making a certain activity a "theme"?

Perhaps game night... wine tasting night... the women can do "sex toy night"

I suggest these as themes can get a bit expensive... such as costume parties, mardi gras, casino night, luau, 80s, 70s, new year's, soccer/football/basketball, hollywood, greek night (toga party), egyptian, caribbean, winter wonderland, v-day, surfer theme, etc.

Some parties have themes that center around food and/or drink, like cheese and/or wine. Wine has already been mentioned by ISneezeFunny above, but food could also be added. Or, the party could just be about a certain kind of food.

We were thinking about doing it around the alcohol. Ie: Rum Night, Beer Night, Vodka Night, Gin Night, Tequila Night, Liquoir Night, Brandy Night, Whiskey Night, etc...

Also as far as the "sex toy" party. I don't think so, when I say party I mean PARTY! "Sex Toys" will not turn out when there is 15-20 drunk guys LOL
