My husband and I have been trying to concive for 3 years and still no luck is there any over the counter meds we can try that might help? It took us 5 years to have our son.
Unfortunately, there are no over-the-counter fertility meds. If there were, fertility doctors would be out of business... LOL.
Now, have you and your husband had a pre-conception physical done?

There is a such thing as fertility drugs and lots of them but none are over the counter. There is a ovulation test that predicts your most fertile days that is available over the counter.
You may want to see a fertility doctor
But first have you gone to your ob/gyn?
I know there are some things that can improve fertility
For example... tell hubby no more hot tubs

What are your cycles like? Did you have assistance in getting pregnant with your son? Have you been actively trying, as in determining when you are most likely fertile, watching for possible signs of ovulation, etc.
If so, time to see your doctor to discuss some initial testing. It may be that you will follow a similar time table as with your son, it may be that there are possible fertility concerns that need to be addressed.
Both you and your husband should go in when you speak to the doctor.
