Hello I was put on probation in dec 1998. Drug charges in California. My probation was to end 12-2ooo. I didn't finish community srvice or payments. I moved 11-15-00. I left forwarding address with post office. I never received anything regarding outvome. Is the statute of limitations expired?

There is no statue of limitation on probation violation. So when you did not appear, when you did not supply your community servcie and did not pay, they merely issue a warrant for your arrest.

So my best guess you have a warrant for violation of probation.
