I have a 2 handle Sterling bathtub faucet dripping. How do the stems remove to repace o rings and washer?

Very easy. In short, you'll remove the screw that holds the handle to the stem, then with a wrench unscrew the stem. If you can't see the screw that holds the handle onto the stem, then it's probably behind a metal or plastic "cap" in the center of the handle.
