Hi,
Wishing you can be like someone else may or may not come true. It all depends on your body structure, bone size, and other things.
The best you can do is find a set of exercises, with illustrations for the barbel, and then start working out, 3 or 4 times a week.
You can find something like this at a sports store, or anywhere that sells weights.
Best of luck.

Have you had a look at maybe joining a local gym to where you live? The YMCA etc.
You also need to set yourself a program and stick too it. A lot of people also have a check in with there doctor before they enbrake on any work out planes etc.

Start with basic workouts, like push ups and sit ups. Do as many as possible till you can't do any more. Then start on pull ups, and as you grow stronger you either need to go to a gym or by workout equipment.( eat a lot of protein) this will help with the size).
