If you have joint custody but I am the primary custiodian how does the child support calculate up and could he take me back to court to try and get full custody in Tennessee?

Yes, the other parent can take the custodial parent to Court for a change in custody. In most States, though, there is a time frame. For example, maybe you can't file for a change for two years. You need changed circumstances or proof that the child is in danger if you don't wait the time frame.
