I have proposed a girl. She didn't reply. Hope She was not feeling well with my proposal. I called and told her that until I get a reply from her, I will not contact her.
After about eight months, now I sent New year wish for which I got reply from her.

I just want to know what does it imply!

It means she is acknowledging you sent her a card unless the New Years reply implied more.
You put it on her to be the next replier---she did NOT reply for eight months. Then she replied to you contacting her, most likely to be polite. So unless the New Years reply went something like 'so good to hear from you, hopefully we can get together sometime this new year' I would say you are grasping at straws trying to get it to mean anything.

Unfortunately, it appears to me that she doesn't want to marry you. If 8 months went by without her contacting you that's her way of moving on. You sound like a nice guy I would forget about her so you can heal emotionally. Not far that you wait around that long for her. Good Luck
