She will be 17 in February and I will be 18 in May

W VA does not have a law that allows for emancipation due to pregnancy. She may petition the court to be emancipated if she can prove that SHE can be financially responsible to support herself independent of her parents.
Meaning SHE has to have a job and prove that it will cover her expenses.

The best option would be to tell your parents and hers. It's more responsible by both of you. If you were mature enough for sex then you are mature enough to tell them.
