I'm 21 yrs. Old, I haven't been on birth control in 5 yrs. I have taken pregnancy test and all are negative. I'm always stressed, and I'm not having a period I haven't had one in 3 months. What are causes of this?? Can it just be because of stress?? If so are there any medications that can help?? Should I see a dr?? Please help, I know if I'm not having a period I'm probably not going to get pregnant. I lost a baby 2yrs. Ago on valentine's day, and my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant again. Like I said PLEASE HELP!!

My wife had this same situation. We lost more than one baby. YOU SHOULD NOT PUT OFF SEEING A DOCTOR. It could be as simple as stree. Stress both physical and emotional (which is physical anyway) are known to cayse disruption of a womans' cycle. Soetimes a good cleaning known as a DNC could help remove deposits or clotting on the wall of the uterus. I can tell you from personal experience my wife and I both stressed about getting pregnant because of our previous losses. We could not get pregnant so we stopped thinking about it. In fact we stopped thinking about it to the point that I took my wife to the Doctor one day because she did not feel well. Unexpectedly the Doctor came out and congratulated us on a new baby to come! He is now 24 and healthy. So try to calm yourself, see a Doctor and be reassured. Once you start living your life and not expecting it... God will surprise you! You are in our prayers...
