In a nutshell... I have a horrible headache and no money. I found an old bottle of Orudis from 99. Will I get sick if I take them?

Taking expired pills can be very bad.
Try turning down the lights, eating a good hot meal, soaking in a hot bath and taking a nap for now.

Most pain pills have a shelf life of approximately 2 years.

Most definitely not a good idea to take them being that old!

Hi Katie... you must not take those, flush them down the toilet, just in case you are tempted.
Try knocking on the door of a friendly neighbour who I'm sure will have something to help with your headache, most people have a general first aid kit which will include basic painkillers.
I hope your head improves very soon, have a lie down in a darkened room which is very quiet, try some relaxation exerzises, they may help.

I sure hope her headache has improved since she posted this a month ago. LOL
