I poured a 10x12 concrete section with a floor drain in the middle. I thought I had the proper slopes from all angles when I floated it, but I see now that I didn't as water is pooling along the back wall and in the front right corner.

How can I go about correcting a problem like this short of breaking out the concrete and starting over?

Appreciate any opinions on this.

How about tiling the floor?

Shove extra "muck" under the back wall and FR corner?

Not perfect but a darn site easier to put more on than take what has set!

It's a horse wash stall-- I don't know if any tile would hold up under the weight of a horse

Try a concrete re-surfacer. You should be able to build up the re-surfacer up to 1/4" thick.

Cut a channel in the concrete to route the water back to the drain. After it is cut, cover it with rubber to prevent the channel from getting plugged.
