Hi I'm 19yrs of age and I was windering if anyone could make my mind at ease by telling me its normal to have cramp feeling cramps down below on either side, I just so worried as I lost a baby at 8weeks this month last year:confused:

The safest thing to do is either call an emergency room near you or get to the ER.

It is always better to be cautious and not take any risks when it comes to pregnancy.It may be something very normal or simple but you really need to get to a doctor.

Its normal to get mild cramp.. but make sure its not accompagnied by any spotting or bleeding..
