Yes, there's always a chance you can get pregnant. Nothing is fool proof.

I believe you are 14 - maybe you should be a little smarter about having sex. If you're so young you can be grounded you are too young to be anyone's mother.

Well to start your chances for becoming pregnant , that is if what you said was true are are about 35-50%. If he went pee after he so called pre-came he more or less ejaculated into the condom and started on round two. If he orgasmed he ejaculated even though it may have seemed that nothing was there. So the second time without a condom, did he orgasm and ejaculate? There is still a chance for becoming pregnant even though he did not ejaculate. Pre- does contain sperm and can come out of a male at all times or any time during intercourse especially if he already orgasmed and came. So you must way out your options and make an executive decision as a pregnancy test will not work at this time and your time for EC emergency contraception is over as it must be taken in the first 72 hours after unprotected sex.
