Hey, Its been a long time since I check on this website and the last question was my mornnig sickness in Sept..

This Sat, I will be 28 weeks and guess what, my morning sickness has stopped since 16th weeks of pregnant.. thank god for that!! When I was morning sickness, I lost 11 lbs. And now I finally gain 3 lbs with my pre pregnant weight. AND enjoy my pregnancy as well yay!

At 18 weeks, went to ultrasound and found it is a boy! We re very exciting! Still haven't decide the name yet.. hopefuly soon! Heh.

Around that time of 16-18 weeks, first time felt the baby moved! So excited and so cool! The weeks goes by, it moved a lot more often. Up to 3 days ago, this baby boy won't stop moving around lot and we assume this baby boy will be hyper and restless since it moved so much.. now in past 3 days to now, it didn't moved much like it did before... should I worry? Yes I do feel this baby move like few times within 5 minutes out of all day. I need yorur feedback and tell me what that mean or should I call dr to check up on this baby to see what's wrong or it is middle of develop the growing to cause the baby stop moving? Or this baby decide stop to move and sleep a lot? Or what? So many questions to ask but please help me and get my thought at ease.

Hope will hear from you soon. Thanks.

What I advise my patients is to drink a COLD glass of orange juice and lay down for about an hour. During this hour count how many kicks you get.

Babies do have sleep cycles just like we do, but to feel it move only 5 minutes out of a day is not necessarily a good thing. However, you could be too busy to notice the flutters here and there. As the baby grows, the kicking will intensify.

OK will try to do that with orange juice tomorrow morning. And see what's up with this baby. Yes, you're right I was very busy lately this week with families and celebrate the new year eve party. Ive been standing up lot those days.

Plus last Monday was my glucose test and still haven't heard from them yet to see if I pass or fail. Took heartbeat doppler to listen the heartbeat and it sounds real good and normal, plus took RH negative shot on my butt too lol.. maybe that cause my baby slow down?

The RhoGam shot will not decrease the activity in the baby. Most likely you have just been too busy to really notice the smaller movements.

I never felt any of my babies move much. All four were fine.
You figure too now that you are bigger the baby has less room so may feel more restricted than it was before. AS J_9 said you need to now notice the smaller movements.

Do you feel your baby move after you eat or drink something? That was mostly when I felt my baby move, only when she was eating and during the night when I wanted to sleep.

Wanted to let you know that the baby boy is fine. Whew. Moving and kicking a lot lately. You re right, at that moment, I was very busy with holidays and shopping and that I barely noticed it. Thank you for all of your advices. Happy new year to you all.
