I live in NYS. I would like to remove my 20 year old son from my house. Is this possible or do I have to wait until he is twetny one.

You can tell him to leave at 18.
If he won't you might need to give him a letter in writing and then go to court and get a formal eviction.
Realize he could hate you for it or he may one day thank you for it.
