I am in 7th grade this year. Over a year now, I've had problem about self esteem. See, am not the kind of nerdy and shy kid at all. Don't get me wrong. Am out going. But every time somebody disagrees with me or just seems like their disagreed with me, I get red and my self-esteem plunge. You could guess how I feel about real criticizes... Man, it ruins my life. I am pretty popular among my people... I mean, no hate or whatever, but every time some criticizes me, I make a big deal. I keep it to myself, making up comebacks and things that I should have said to them. Help please. I'm too young...

Realize that if we all thought and believed the same it would be a boring world and everybody is entitled to their point of view.
Don't take what they say as a personal attack and take it for the statement itself. If you want to share your point of view then that is fine. Just realize things aren't meant to be personal like that.
