A registration form is not easy to design. Some of the things you need to include are:

Your logo
Event Title and Date
Event Location
The cost for attendance
The event agenda
A guarantee
If online: signs of security like a privacy policy
A way to get in touch with you when registrants have questions (email, 800 number, etc.)

What you could do is to go to some training sites and check out their online registrations just to see how they have done it.

As far as the Marketing part, it has to be your own creation specific to your company.

If you have others in your company you might get a group together and brainstorm what you wish to use as your Marketing slogan.

You might want to check out this online registration tool we found at a tradeshow, www.fluidreplies.com.

They allow you to:
-create your own registration forms
-collect and store information for printing or exporting.
-print badges, e-tickets.
-send automatic confirmation e-mails.

You don't need to know anything about html designing stuff. Its really easy compared to all the other sites we tried. But the biggest thing is that our clients love it. The pages we create have our branding. And the prices are awesome, they are saving us a lot of time and money.

Plus, they let us have an account for free for the first month just to try their product.
