 I found this on a web sight... I wish I could save all the tears you made me cry... So I could Drown you in them...
I know that's evil but today is how I'm feeling about him today. I guessthis is part of the healing... getting angry.
Thanks to you all for helping me see the light here!
I think God sent me here to find the strength to go on.
Hugs ;)

You'll find a new guy - trust me. That guy was NOT him. Not him. No way. Soon you convince yourself that - the better.

Work on yourself for now. Be prepared. Hopefully you learned something. You built up some walls.

Couldn't spread it Wild. But well said.

Let the anger come dkh... just don't get lost in it. Use it to make yourself stronger.

Don't look for a man, when you look you never find. When least expected the greatest man of all shall appear :)
Good Luck DKH4863

You go Girl and bravo to YOU!

Learning is good. Dancing is good. Its really a matter of being introspective enough, quiet enough to find your own unique tune, embracing it and learning to dance to it so that when the real thing comes along, you share a whole new dance that comprises part yours and part his merged together while still maintaining your ability to dance your own dance too. Everybody happy!

This way there is a you, a him and an us! :)

Honey, I'm 55 and still learning how to dance. Each day gives us a chance to learn more. Even though we think we are old enough now to know what dance partners we want, we still stumble or have our toes stepped on. You are not alone!

Keep on dancing, dear, and stay with us.

Hi, dkh,
At 64 yrs old, I have learned that life is wonderful, most of the time. Sometimes though, it throws us a curve, and we learn to live with it.
Getting over someone is tough... been there, done that. But, we go on, meeting new people, and Smiling when we do. It shows we like ourselves, and others will like us, too.
I do wish you the best, and hang in there. It's gets better!

Such a key point Fred - YOU have to love yourself FIRST!! If you don't love yourself, how the hell is anyone else supposed to love you. You got to love the man/women in the mirror.

I don't think its evil at all. Screw them all, they broke our hearts! Nah just kidding, but anger can be easier to deal with than sadness. Neither is good for the heart, but I think they are all those steps to rehabilitation?

You know, denile, resentment, sadness, anger. And eventually acceptance and it will be slowly forgotten. The pain will be forgotten, not the person.

It is better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.

I trully believe that.

Deb, don't waste you emotion on hate, that won't erase the hurt you feel, it will only give you headache and heartburn. Instead, focus on yourself and what you have to offer. Someday, you will make someone a very happy man, but if you don't stop thinking about your ex, you may not be able to think clearly about your future.

You're young and have lots to learn through experience, unfortunately, this was one of the rougher lessons, but you will get past it. Focus in on your attitude, make it more positive and things will get better.
