Saw this 3 part children's film about 10 years ago on a cable channel on TV. It was dubbed in English and the title was the main character's name --started with an A or M, I think. About 3 princesses. I think it was the youngest who was the main character. She dressed up as a knight to fight. There was a wicked witch who had a son. The special effects were great - a magic forest. Bad guys turning into stone. Hope someone can help me. I'd like to buy it if it's in DVD format.

This sounds like the TV movie made in Italy. It's called The Cave of the Golden Rose, or Fantaghiro. If anybody out there knows how I can get a copy in English ALL the episodes, because I think there were 4, I'd love to buy it (them)
