How do I adjust the V belt on my kraftman snow blower model number c950-52477-5 the augers do not engage when I pull the handle

I don't know the model but just a thought I would find the belt pulleys and look for a bolt or a slide slot the bolt could move the pulley. Check linkage from handles down to the pulleys. There could even be a tensioner pulley that moves to tighten the belt. Maybe the center pulley is cammed and that bolt loosen and re cam the pulley. Just jiving some Ideas here maybe someone hear has a pic or a manual to show the model matinace
