Around midnight we noticed our furnace had not kicked on in a while, closer looked showed us we were getting an ignitor failure code. After cleaning the flame sensor we are still getting the same error code. Our next step will be to replace the ignitor. The problem is we are not sure where to start looking for a new one. We checked websites for the super mainstream hardware stores but they didn't have anything listed. I know we could order it online somewhere but the problem is we live in Montana and it's been averaging around 5 to 16 degrees. At the moment it's about 65 degrees in the house, shipping claims to take 3 to 9 days. I'm going to be frozen by then.
Any ideas as to where we should start looking?

Thanks for your help.

If you need a part that bad have it shipped overnight express. FedEx and UPS all offer overnight shipping. If I lived that remote from a parts house I would keep one as a spare. The shipping overnight will not cost more if you order 2 at a time. You did not post brand or model number of your unit. You will need those to order the part.

You may also check to see if you have an HVAC/R supplier in your area such as Johnstone Supply or other. Most will not deal with the general public but some will.
