I would like to know what this means I began a new job 5 months ago and I really got along with my boss very well he helped supported me and has provided me with every I need to make this job work out enough to have a good start. I developed feelings for this man, I somewhat have showed him signs and he also has given me signs that he also likes me but all of a sudden I have noticed that he's very short with his e-mails and phone calls are a lot less too. We only meet every Monday for a meeting what happened? I have to know.

No one here can tell you, you will have to ask him. Tell him you thought you were getting along great but now his emails etc seem a little more abrupt and is there a problem?

Well he could be very busy, as I run a lot of things and I am always emailing or on the phone,
And I sometimes I can only get a quick email off to my girl.
It is the holidays yes. But for some people it can be real busy.
I would not over think this.
Relax and try not to get so into his replys.
Your not at the stage where you can say.
Hey what's wrong don't you like me anymore?
Be cool don't chase

Also, he may just want to keep his relationship with you professional... especially with all of the sexual harassment crap that is always happening.

Plus you know the rule
You should never date your boss
Or people in the work place.
Don't Crap where you eat. As they say
I know this to be true because I have done it
And it is just Soooooooo MESSY!
I'm not saying that it never works out but when it goes wrong.
Damn!
I know it feels so good to be liked and wanted but sometimes we have to way the risks

It maybe that your boss is sceared of you taking legal action against them or they may feel that it is not right to be having a relationship with a co-worked with them being the boss etc.
I would approch the person and maybe talk with them away from work, maybe you could grab a coffee together when your done for the day etc after work, but I must stress if you want to talk to them about this matter do it away from work.

Take the hint, and keep it strictly business.

Never mix business with pleasure because with that recipe it only equals miserable in the end.
