I am a Thai woman. I got marry in Thailand with an American. I have been separated with him for 11 months. I have never been to USA before. I don't know how to contact him. I am not sure if he still work in Germany or not. Can I get divorce when I don't know where he is? If yes, then how?

You must file for divorce to family court in Thailand. He does not need to be there... please read here: Filing a Divorce : Lawanwadee (http://lawanwadee.com/?p=320)

I have now been separated from my husband for over 12mths and I am keen to find out more information with regards to the legal process for filing for devorce.
I read the link which you sent and noticed that there are 2 areas that concern me. 1) I have now been separated for over 12mths (I have not seen him for this entire period of time) 2) He has not supported me in any way what so ever and I have not received any money from him during the last 15mths
Can you please provide me with further detailed information on how I can file for a devorce?
Thank you for your help and assistance,
Kind regards,
honeynoi

No actually you may never contact him. You don't have to ask him what to do, you hire legal counsel where you are at, and file for divorce there under their laws. In the US people get divorced all the time and never know where the other party is.
